Great Bend's central location in the state as well as its enviable position along the Central Flyway makes it the ideal home base for both upland game and waterfowl hunting. When you hunt here you’ll find:

• Over 58,000 acres of public hunting areas, including Cheyenne Bottoms Wildlife Area.
  
  
• Approximately 4,500 acres of private, designated Walk-in Hunting land.
