There's a new way to explore Great Bend and the natural wonders of the area. A GPS guided video tour brings the wetlands and byways of Central Kansas to lifeView a video of Cheyenne Bottoms, A Timeless Treasure, on our home page.

Interpretive Learning. The GPS Ranger is a handheld computer that delivers an interpretation, video, music, animation, and nature photography based on the location of the user. As you drive the tour, the Ranger will provide bird and wildlife identification, history, geography, Native American stories, and delightful insights into the prairie and wetlands.

Explore at Your Own Pace. The Ranger allows you to explore at your own pace. Tour videos trigger as you drive the route, but all of the tour content can be viewed on demand, allowing for a custom tour experience.
