Location: Jack Kilby Square
The races will start and finish at Jack Kilby Square in downtown Great Bend. Each participant receives a race T-shirt, a swag bag of goodies from our sponsors, a complimentary breakfast, along with free finish line photos published on our Facebook page after the event. Cost is $30 per 5K participant or $60 per half marathon participant. Prices increase to $35 and $70 respectively after October 1. T-shirt sizes are not guaranteed after the earlybird deadline.

A western murder mystery dinner Mystery will include local residents and feature John Wayne Impersonator, Dr. Benes, as Rooster Cogburn. $35.00 per person includes dinner and performance. Henry A. Perkins, a mild mannered CPA, accidentally picks up the wrong briefcase, one full of money Henry assumes it is illicit cash and decides to keep it. Knowing the the former owner must have his briefcase, he rushes home to book one way fares to Barcelona. The doorbell rings as they wait for their taxi... and the antics begin. Henry's inept attempts to extricate himself from this impossible situation lead to increasingly hysterical situations.
