FOCUS ON THE BYWAY - PHOTO CONTEST
The Wetlands & Wildlife National Scenic Byway is a 77-mile scenic route through central Kansas which is made up of 7 communities and 3 wetlands of international importance. “Focus on the Byway” photo contest will be used to promote this byway region as a preferred travel destination by showing great visitor experiences and opportunities. Wings & Wetlands Birding Festival
In conjunction with the Kansas Wetlands Education Center, Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks, and Tourism, The Nature Conservancy, and the Kansas Birding Festival, we would like to invite you to join us for the 2015 Wings & Wetlands Festival in Great Bend. You will enjoy 2 days packed full of guided birding trips to Cheyenne Bottoms, Quivira National Wildlife Refuge, and other birding hot spots in the area; along with workshops, meals, and keynote speakers.
